Art Based Products
The Nuttall Patch has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Plant Based Products
•Seeds - We package the freshest seed possible so that germination rate is high, however seeds are a perishable product and thus their germination rate decreases as time passes. For best results, sow your seed within the first 12 months of receiving and/or store in a cool, dry, dark space.
•Live Plants - The Nuttall Patch does not take any responsibility for failure to grow. Once the plant is in your possession, it is up to you to ensure the correct growing conditions are available.
•Dahlia Tubers - All dahlia tubers are inspected for quality prior to shipping and carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused during shipping or handling by the carrier.
Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence. For the purposes of this policy, “delivery” includes parcels that have arrived at your local post office or collection point and for which you have been notified that the item is ready for collection, including where home delivery could not be completed.
To keep your dahlia tubers in good condition until planting, store them in a cool, dry, dark, and well-ventilated spot.
We take great care in supplying healthy, high-quality dahlia tubers, however we cannot guarantee their performance once they are in your care. Successful storage, growth, and flowering depend on many factors outside our control, including storage conditions, planting methods, climate, weather, pests, and general plant care.
For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for tubers that fail to grow, thrive, or bloom after planting. Growing instructions/advice will be provided with your order.
